Omega Bickham is an AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) Zumba and ZumbAtomic instructor. Always a fitness enthusiast, she also enjoys running, kickboxing, and weight training. Her background in medical sales and marketing reinforced her conviction that staying fit is an important lifestyle choice.
Omega relocated to Atlanta in 2004 and immediately embraced the community teaching Zumba at local YMCA’s and elementary schools before joining the Dance Stop staff. You can feel the energy reverberate throughout the Dance Stop Studios when she is teaching Zumba.
Omega is the very proud mother of a 7 year old daughter.
