JoAnna Smith brings over 22 years of teaching experience as a certified AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) instructor. She also maintains CPR certification. In addition to teaching Yoga Sculpt and the exciting new Piloxing classes at Dance Stop, JoAnna has and does train new instructors in the fitness industry. Her other fields of expertise include Cardio Kickbox, Boot Camp, Step, and Core Training.
Staying ahead of the game and keeping up with the latest fitness trends, JoAnna attends regular workshops, clinics, and conferences to stay abreast of the new technologies and industry safety regulations.
JoAnna enthusiastically shares her expertise with each and every student. Her teaching goal is “…to make my students and clients happy everyday.”
